Ms. Kris Bailey, Executive MBA, BA, Medical Laboratory Technologist is the senior laboratory consultant and President
of AiCon Inc. (a laboratory consulting practice). For the past 15 years she has held progressive diagnostic management
positions in Canadian public and private laboratories, commercial laboratory industry in the USA and Asia-Pacific and is an
Executive Committee member of a public hospital corporation. Her Executive MBA from The Rotman School of Business,
University of Toronto Canada, specializing in International Business, has provided the structure for managing a diverse
management portfolio. During the past seven years, she has provided expertise to laboratories owned by Practice Management
Groups, Laboratory Corporations, Ministries of Health, Academic Health Science Center, groups of community hospitals,
healthcare consulting firms, laboratory information technology companies, and pharmaceutical companies.
All associates have, as their base education, training as medical technologists. From there each brings a unique set of
complimentary skills and experience in many areas including laboratory process, laboratory automation, facility program design
and project management. An organizational management associate has extensive experience in laboratories, but brings change
management and leadership development as a key tool with experience of cross-industry organizational development.
